VS ‘08 and SS ‘08

I have a licensed copy of VS ‘08 and a licensed copy of SS ‘05.  My hosted server uses SS 2005.  But, I’ve got a licensed copy of SS ‘08 coming, whenever MS feels like shipping it out to me, & I don’t want to have to go through the mess of uninstalling 05 etc etc etc

Soooo, I downloaded a 180d evaluation of SS ‘08 & am installing that – hopefully there won’t be a conflict when I get my official copy.

Ran the setup wizard and came to a puzzling error: the rules check said that I had to have VS ‘08 SP1, else it wouldn’t install.  But I do have it, Mr.SetupWizard, I checked.  Reboot, check windows update, reinstall … same error. so I downloaded the latest SP1, installed it, and all is well. Just so you know.
